Return Period
You may return products within 10 days from the date of purchase.
Eligibility for Return
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
- Products showing signs of use, damage, or tampering will not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Panties
- Briefs
Return Process
Log in to your account by visiting the My Account section on our website.
Select "Login with OTP" and enter your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP sent via SMS to verify your identity.
In the "My Orders" section, find the specific order you wish to return and click the Return button.
Select the quantity of items you wish to return and tick the return box for each item.
For Cash on Delivery (COD): Enter your bank details (Account No,
IFSC, Holder Name) or select saved details.
For Prepaid Orders: No additional bank details are required for the
refund.
Choose a return reason from the provided options or specify your own by selecting "Other."
Submit the return request. You will receive an immediate confirmation via SMS and Email with your return details.
We will guide you through the return procedure and share the precise return address once your request is initiated.
Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
COD Fees: Please note that COD charges are non-refundable.
Refund Process
- Once the product is picked up by our appointed shipping partner and received at our warehouse, we will inspect the item.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after inspection.
Refund Method:
- Credit/Debit Card: Refund will reflect in your next card statement.
- Net Banking or Cash Payment: Refund will be sent to the entered bank account.
- In case of failure due to bank issues, a cheque will be issued in the order-holder's name.
