Return Policy
- Time Frame:* Returns must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Condition:* Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging, and in the same condition as when they were received.
- Refunds:* Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and process the refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Exceptions:* Clearance items, gift cards, and personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.
Exchange Policy
- Time Frame:* - Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Process:* To exchange an item, please return the original item following our Return Policy. Then, place a new order for the item you'd like in exchange.
- Condition:* Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging, and in the same condition as when they were received.
- Availability:* Exchange is subject to stock availability. If the item you want is out of stock, you may proceed with a return and refund.
How to Return or Exchange

- Prepare Package:* Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- Ship It Back:* We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. Affix the label to your package and drop it off at the nearest shipping center.
- Receive Your Refund/Exchange:* Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or ship the exchange item(s) as per our policies.
