Return Policy

• Condition:* Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging, and in the same condition as when they were received.
• Refunds:* Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and process the refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Exceptions:* Clearance items, gift cards, and personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.

Exchange Policy

• Process:* To exchange an item, please return the original item following our Return Policy. Then, place a new order for the item you'd like in exchange.
• Condition:* Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging, and in the same condition as when they were received.
• Availability:* Exchange is subject to stock availability. If the item you want is out of stock, you may proceed with a return and refund.

• Ship It Back:* We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. Affix the label to your package and drop it off at the nearest shipping center.
• Receive Your Refund/Exchange:* Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or ship the exchange item(s) as per our policies.
